Puppy Training
One of the most important times in a dog's life occurs between eight and 16 weeks. During this time, puppies learn for the first time about you, their new home, and the world around them. It’s an exciting but challenging transition. Our dog behaviour-based puppy classes have been carefully designed to help you and your puppy navigate the first stages of your life together.
Every Puppy Deserves Puppy Class
This free introductory puppy class is designed for younger puppies who may not have a very long attention span for learning and social play.
Lessons include:
puppy proofing your home
S.E.E.ing your puppy (our unique socialization protocol)
toilet training
sleeping through the night
playing with other puppies
preparing for the veterinarian
meeting people politely
how to “sit”
This free program is online only; eligibility is based on your puppy’s age.

Puppies eligible for Every Puppy Deserves Puppy Class are also eligible for our eight-week paid program Every Puppy’s Education.
Every Puppy’s Education
This program is for all puppies eight weeks or older, including those who have graduated from Every Puppy Deserves Puppy Class. Classes are busy, fun, and a great preparation for our adolescent dog programs.
Lessons include:
how to “sit”, “lie down”, “stay”, “come”, and walk nicely on leash
automatic leave it
how to read safe puppy play
preventing resource guarding
how to stay alone at home
preparing for the veterinarian
and much much more!
Puppies stay in Every Puppy’s Education until they are developmentally ready for our dog obedience program. Every Puppy’s Education is available in-person and online.
In-person bonus: The in-person course includes our unique, outdoor and off-leash weekly Puppy Walk. We meet weekly with an instructor to take a short walk that focuses on connection and self-control while your puppy gets to play with his doggy friends! We take great care with the puppies on our walks; we will advise you if we feel there is a reason your puppy should not participate on our walk. (Conditions apply - ask us for details.)

Every Puppy’s Education Online Only
You can participate in Puppy Classes from anywhere in the world! Every Puppy’s Education Online is the first step towards having a dog who will participate in your family’s activities for years to come.
Virtual instructor-led lessons include:
how to politely greet people on and off leash
recognizing safe and dangerous play
how to “sit”, “down”, “come”
food bowl and leash manners
toilet training
resource guarding
and much much more!
As you learn each behaviour, we help you to keep track of what your puppy has accomplished with our Behaviour Matrix.
Additionally, you will have access to our two virtual puppy classes each week for eight weeks. Each class is run by one of our Certified Professional Dog Trainers and we provide live, real-time coaching for you and your puppy during these classes.
